We help clients build strength and fitness in the gym, so they can live better lives outside of it!

What Makes Resilient Strength and Conditioning So Different?

At Resilient, we help you take the guesswork out of reaching your fitness and health goals.

Instead of prescribing one-size -fits-all nutrition, training, and lifestyle advice, we actually listen to and support you as a client to find practical, sustainable solutions that align with your individual needs and fit seamlessly into your life.

In other words, we don’t put square pegs in triangular holes.

Your success is what gets us fired up to jump out of bed in the morning, and we truly believe the secret to why we’ve helped hundreds of real people in the real world reach and surpass their initial goals is simple: we do what works, we’re committed to your success, and most of all, we just care more.

Small Group Personal Training:

Have you ever been to a poorly run bootcamp or group exercise class?

You know the type: burpees ‘til you feel like you’re going to puke, the trainer doesn’t even know your name (let alone your past injuries), and there appears to be no rhyme or reason to what you’re being told to do other than to get as tired and sweaty as possible.

Yea, we’re the opposite of that!

Our small group training was designed to offer an affordable option for our clients to build strength, muscle, and athleticism in a fun and motivating environment.

Each group consists of 6-9 people who support and bring out the best in each other.

I mean, think about how hard Assault bike sprints are to do on your own. They’re brutal, right?  And by yourself, there’s a good chance you decide to, “do them next time.”

But when you’re training alongside someone, you know that you’re going to bring your best effort each and every time.

On top of the camaraderie, our coaches get to know you as an individual: your goals, your injury history and training background, and what your life consists of when you’re outside of the gym.

That means that the programs we design for you are customized, structured, comprehensive, and progressive, where each day builds on the last.

And our coaches actually coach, meaning you’ll always know exactly what to do, how to do it, and how hard to work.

In other words, as long as you walk through the front door, you’ll get a safe, effective, and challenging training session that will keep you engaged while making consistent progress in your strength, athleticism, and confidence.

We have flexible 2 and 3 day per week training options, so you can pick the best option to keep you consistent, even with your busy schedule.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Every training session will include:

    1. Foam rolling and targeted mobility work to help you move and feel better,

    2. A dynamic warm up that will help to rev you up before or after a long day,

    3. Power training to bring out your inner athlete with medicine ball throws and/or jumps,

    4. Functional strength training that will target every muscle in your body to develop strength and muscle that carries over into the activities you love outside of the gym, and

    5. Heart and joint healthy conditioning to build a robust cardiovascular system.

Within that framework, our coaches will support you in a way that you’ll always know exactly what to do, how to do it, and how hard to work!

  • Since we customize every aspect of your session, whether you’re a former All American athlete or haven’t laced your sneakers up in awhile, you’ll be challenged to your ability level, not someone else’s!

  • Our programs are designed with sustainability and progress in mind, while also taking into consideration the time commitments and responsibilities that come with being a busy adult.

For this reason, we offer 2 and 3 day per week training options, so you can get the results you’re after in an efficient, sustainable way.

  • You can read more about our amazing staff here, but just know, they are professionals, and this is their career.

There aren’t any 20 year-olds who just like working out so they decided to work here for the free membership.

  • Let’s face it: one on one private training costs well over $100 per training session in Southern California.

At that price point, it’s might be hard to train frequently enough to get the great results that you’re after.

This is a modified version of our one-on-one personal training, but with some added benefits in a small group setting!

    2x/week - $240/month

    3x/week - $299/month
