
PRIVATE TRAINING
Whether you have an extensive injury history and are just getting back to training, have a very specific goal you’re chasing down, or you just prefer a more private training experience, then private training at Resilient is the right choice for you.
We’ll start with a strategy session, where we’ll get to know you on a human level. We’ll take a deep dive into your health history, training background, and do a movement assessment to see what exercises will work best for your unique body structure.
But most importantly, we’re going to get to know you: the things you like and despise in the gym, what you’ve had success with and what’s been a struggle, what your day to day life consists of and the obstacles you face, so we can design a comprehensive, sustainable program that bridges the gap between where you are now, and where you want to be.
