THE DETAILS:
Dates: Begins February 19th
Age Groups: Middle School & High School
2X or 3X/Week Training Options Available
Group Times:
Monday - Friday 4:30 pm
Monday-Thursday 6:30 pm
All sessions are 1 hour long.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Every group is lead by an expert coach through:
Flexibility and Mobility
Soft tissue work and proper active stretching to identify and correct muscular imbalances and safely prepare the athlete for the workout ahead.
Dynamic Warm Up
A dynamic warm up with a focus on improving movement quality to minimize injury risks associated with their sport.
Speed & Agility Development
Speed Development with an emphasis on acceleration, deceleration, linear and lateral speed, running mechanics, and footwork.
Power Development
We build explosive jumping and throwing power through a blend of plyometrics, medicine ball throws, and Olympic lifts.
Multi-Planar Strength Training
Our Strength Training programs build functional strength in the upper body, lower body, and core.
Sport Specific Conditioning
Conditioning to make sure all our athletes are ready to compete hard from the first whistle to the last.
